In the Stroud Township portion, short-term rentals are limited to the township's STR overlay and the C-3 district, along with two named community exceptions that do not include Evergreen Park Estates, so ordinary residential lots there do not qualify. Buyers should confirm the township and zoning of a specific parcel before purchasing for rental use.
