Lake Naomi is a private residential community in Pocono Pines, Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County, governed by the Pocono Pines Community Association (PPCA). Homes surround 277-acre Lake Naomi, in a wooded setting minutes from Pocono ski areas, Kalahari and the region's state parks.
The lake, beaches, pools, courts and clubhouses are owned and operated by the Lake Naomi Club, a separate organization with optional membership, so owning a home here does not by itself include access to them. Neighboring Timber Trails, a gated community, shares the same Club facilities.
The Pocono Pines Community Association does not own recreational facilities. Lake Naomi's lake, beaches, pools and courts are owned and operated by the Lake Naomi Club and are available through optional membership.
The Lake Naomi Club is a separate organization that owns and operates the recreational facilities shared by Lake Naomi and Timber Trails. Membership is optional and separate from community association dues.
⚠ Renters can use Lake Naomi Club amenities only with a temporary membership sponsored by the owner. Each home may sponsor up to six rental periods a year, with no more than four starting between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Short-term rentals are allowed at Lake Naomi. The Pocono Pines Community Association has no annual rental limit, and its former short-term rental rules have been rescinded. Tobyhanna Township permits short-term rentals in residential districts with a township STR permit, and sets operating rules covering occupancy, parking and local response to the property. The permit is tied to the owner and does not transfer when a home is sold, so a buyer must apply for their own. Renters can use Lake Naomi Club facilities only through a temporary membership sponsored by the owner. Buyers should confirm current requirements with Tobyhanna Township and the association before purchasing.
