⚠ STR Restricted — Grandfathered Properties Only
The Glen at Tamiment POA permits properly licensed short-term rentals, subject to its Short-Term Renting Policy: a valid Lehman Township permit, POA registration, inspection and insurance documents, registration of each rental, and compliance with community rules. However, Lehman Township no longer allows new short-term rentals in residential zoning, which covers the community. STR use is therefore limited to properties with an established, lawful grandfathered STR use. A township permit does not transfer with a sale, so a buyer must apply for their own permit and pass inspection, and the grandfathered use must be kept active. Buyers should obtain the property's Certificate of Non-Conformity and confirm its current STR status with Lehman Township and the POA before purchasing.
