PIKE COUNTY · LEHMAN TOWNSHIP · BUSHKILL
Pine Ridge is a private residential community in Lehman Township, near Bushkill in Pike County. Wooded single-family homes line private community roads, and the association runs a clubhouse, a seasonal outdoor pool, a controlled entrance and a public-safety service.
The community association handles the administrative and social side as well, from vehicle registration to seasonal events, children’s activities, book clubs, exercise programs and holiday gatherings. That gives Pine Ridge a stronger neighborhood identity than many of the lightly managed subdivisions nearby.
The location suits buyers who want a managed private community close to the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and the outdoor attractions of the Bushkill and Dingmans Ferry corridor, without the resort orientation of the region’s larger developments.
✗ STR Not Permitted — HOA Rules
