MONROE COUNTY · COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP
Pocono Farms Country Club
✓ STR Allowed — Registration RequiredCommunity Setting
Pocono Farms Country Club is a private year-round residential and golf community in Tobyhanna, Coolbaugh Township, and one of the few communities in the entire Pocono region to feature a full 18-hole championship golf course within its boundaries. Established in 1966, the course was designed by Masters Champion Art Wall Jr. The front nine plays past the scenic 11-acre Echo Lake through mountain woodlands, while the back nine challenges golfers with deeply-contoured greens. The course stretches 6,437 yards and has hosted local qualifier events. Golf membership options include weekday, premium, social, and corporate plans, and residents who do not hold a golf membership can still play at their leisure.
Beyond golf, the community operates as a full-service private association with an Olympic-sized outdoor pool, Echo Lake beach, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and the Lakeside Grill and Pub for casual on-site dining. The lake is stocked annually with fish and is open for swimming under lifeguard supervision, boating, and fishing, with all Pennsylvania fishing and boating regulations applying. Winter brings a different character to the community, with snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, sledding, and ice skating available within the development.
